- What is the difference between guesthouse, apartment and semi-apartment?In a guest house you share kitchen, toilet, laundry and shower but you have your own private room.
In a semi-apartment you have your own room with your own kitchen but you share toilet and shower.
In an apartment you have a room with your own toilet, shower and kitchen, you don't share anything except laundry room. Also, for guest houses utilities are included in your rent, unlike semi-apartments and apartments where you have to pay all the utilities as much water, gas and electricity you consume.
